What is HOSPITALITY?

Hospitality  is the relationship between a guest and a host, wherein the host receives the guest with goodwill, including the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.

The  hospitality industry  is a broad category of fields within the  service industry  that includes  lodging ,  food  and  drink  service,  event planning ,  theme parks ,  transportation ,  cruise line ,  traveling ,  airline  and additional fields within the  tourism industry

Objectives :

• understand what Hospitality comprises

• use listening texts as sources for language input through listening to short, controlled texts containing high-frequency language items

• define and use high frequency vocabulary to comprehend of authentic native-speaker speech to deal with True/false and Multiple choice questions and explain their choice
