Procedure of the class

1 Beginning of the lesson.

.Teacher: I am sure it is very important to be healthy. People can buy different things but they can't buy their health. If you are wealthy but not healthy you can’t be happy. Only healthy people are wealthy and happy people.So the topic of our lesson is « Our Health is Our Wealth». Children, will you read the epigraph to our lesson? (слайд 1)

P.:

“Health is better than wealth.- “Здоровье дороже богатства.”

“An apple a day keeps a doctor away”.-“Кушай по яблоку в день, и доктора не понадобятся.”

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. - “Кто рано ложится и рано встает, здоровье, богатство и ум наживет”.

Teacher:. Look at the screen. (смотри презентацию). Read these proverbs after me.

2.Introducing of the lesson.

Teacher: “Health is above wealth” wise people say, because you cannot be good at your studies or work well if you don’t care of your health.

We will speak about our health, about what we should do to be healthy.

3) Don’t eat many sweets

4) Go in for sports and keep fit

5) Pay attention to the way you sit, stand and walk
