Travelling with English

Objectives:

1) to consolidate the knowledge of the letters;

2) to revise the names of figures;

3) to establish the positive relation and interest to English;

Procedure of the lesson.

T: Good-morning, children.

We are glad to see you!

T: I’m glad to see you too. Thank you. Sit down. How are you today?

2. Phonetic drill.

T: Now, let’s sing our song “Hello! Hello!”

Well done!

3. Warm-up.

T: Today we have an unusual lesson. Мы на волшебном паровозике отправимся в путь. Путь далёкий и поэтому мы возьмём с собой в дорогу буквы, звуки, цвета, фигуры, школьные принадлежности.

Итак, наше путешествие начинается. (звук паровоза).

Station 1

We are at the station “ Who are you?” Паровозик хочет познакомиться с вами и с нашими гостями поближе. Listen to him and answer his questions.

1. What is your name?

2. How are you?

3. Where are you from?

4. How old are you?

And now children ask these questions to our guests.

Ну, познакомились? А теперь можем отправляться в путь.

Station 2

We are at the station “ Guess the sound”

Когда паровозик быстро бежит он поёт песенки. Вы должны узнать звук.

Паровозик поет песенку ветра: [f] [f] [f]

Ветер шелестит листочками и паровозик запел песенку деревьев: [h] [h] [h]

Паровозик улыбается [i:] [i:] [i:]

Паровозик видит на путях зайку и произносит [ai] [ai] [ai]

Паровозик зовёт ехать дальше [ei] [ei] [ei]

Station 3

And now we are at the station “Figures”

Let’s remember the names of the figures (circle, triangle, square, star)

You have these figures on your cards.

Show me a star

Show me a circle

Show me a triangle

Show me a square

OK. You have got figures too. Наш паровозик не может двигаться дальше.  Надо посчитать фигуры. Let’s count them. Well, you are clever boys and girls.

“Colours”

Наш паровозик едет в гору, ему тяжело. Мы ему поможем, если назовём правильно все цвета.

2. Game.

Let’s play a game. Я показываю вам цвет и называю его. Если правильно- делаете один хлопок и Yes, а если неправильно- No, it’s/….

Паровозику осталось чуть- чуть до вершины горы, надо выполнить ещё одно задание: поставить цвета в том порядке, как я скажу.

“School things”

T: Look at the board. What’s this?

P-s: It’s a pen ( Pencil, book, book)

T: А что вы взяли с собой в дорогу?

P-s: I have got a….

Station 7

“The field of miracles”

We are at the station “ Поле чудес”. На доске зашифровано слово. Чтобы узнать какие там буквы, вы должны спросить: Is it “F”, или is it”E”.

Station 8

“Grammar station”

We are at the next station. Look at the board. Здесь нас встречают животные. Ну что интересно все они стоят на разном расстоянии от нас. Некоторые боятся паровоза и встали подальше, а кто не боится те рядом .Давайте скажем это на английском.

This/ That is a horse.

This/ That is a goat.

This/ That is a cat.

This/ That is an elephant.

This/ That is a parrot.

Station 9

“The ABC”

And now it is our last station “the ABC”. Сейчас вы будете писать буквы и называть все слова на эти буквы.
