— hipsters

Why teenagers join groups?
- to achieve something in life
- to protect against the parents
- to confirm to society standarts

Who are Hipsters ?
Origin history
- The subculture of hipsters arose in the 40th years in the USA.
- Participants of the movement - young people at the age of 16-23 years.
- Founders of new style are performers of jazz music and representatives of bohemian society
.
“ Generation of soap bubbles”
The general perception of the world or hobby usually unites subcultures. Hipsters haven't general hobby and a view of the world. They appreciate only things, accessories and desire to imitate the famous people. Hipster can be without bread, but it always has a fashionable gadget.
Necessary things of each hipster are tight jeans; shirt with drawing; glasses in a thick plastic frame; "Moleskine" notebook; "Apple" phone; blog; a creative profession “Convers" shoes .
Hipsters - a consumer society product.
- Now young people have more opportunities and less illusions, therefore they want to hide, be protected, to choose what they consider interesting and elite. They don't want to be similar to someone, but they are crowd .
They fight for freedom, but don't know what it is.
People without Future
- All hipsters listen to indie-rock; they read books of fashionable writers ; they watch unusual films; but they do it not because it really is pleasant to them but because famous someone so does. Hipsters know nothing and don't create — they only have to be aware that appeared the new .

- 72% have friends non-conformists
79% are happy without grouping
- The most dangerous for society they consider
- skinheads 48%
- They are too tolerant to agressive subcultures
- The reasons of grouping are: interests, to find friends,
- problems in the family, more independence.
Thank you
