It is very important to lead a healthy lifestyle in order to be slim, energetic, tough.
In a healthy lifestyle there are several aspects that must be followed.
Proper nutrition
Lets begin with the proper nutrition.
First of all, you need to eat about four times a day in small portions and in no case to skip meals. It is necessary almost completely to exclude from the diet junk food like chips and cola.
Еat more vegetables, fruits and greenery that grows in a garden.
