ORGANIZATION MOMENT:

Get students ready to the class by greeting them. Ask a pupil to come to the front and sit with his\her back to the board.Whisper the name of an animal to him\her and invite the rest of the pupils to guess the animal.Whoever guesses correctly comes to the front and the activity is resumed.

Aa – [ᴂ] vowel.It is the first letter in the English alphabet.E.g:

Bb –[b]-consonant. It is the second letter in the English alphabet.E.g: bed [bed]-тосек, bag [bᴂg]-сумка

Ending the lesson

Make a tree,using card and coloured pencils.Provide the pupils with slips of paper.The pupils write a letter and decorate it in any way the wish.The pupils then attach their slips of paper onto the tree branches using blu-tack(пластилин) or paper clips.

Select a short exchange from the dialogue for the pupils to act out in pairs.Allow them some time to rehearse their exchanges.Encourage them to come to the front and perform their exchanges.Alternatively,assign roles and have the pupils come to the front and act out the whole dialogue.
