Цель: дидактическая – познакомить учащихся с новой лексикой по теме, тренировать учащихся в монологической речи, совершенствовать навыки чтения и письма;
развивающая – развивать логическое мышление, языковую догадку, внимание, память, непроизвольное запоминание, навыки монологической речи, письменные навыки;
воспитательная – воспитывать уважительное отношение к мыслям окружающих, внимательное отношение к своему здоровью.
Оборудование: учебник, рабочая тетрадь, раздаточный материал, мультимедийная доска.

I. Организационный момент. Приветствие.
Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you again. How are you? I hope you are fine.
II. Aim. Сообщение темы и цели урока
The topic of our lesson is “How to be health”. We are going to speak about health. We will discuss ways to stay healthy. (слайд1)
III. Warming up. What does it mean “to be fit?” The dictionary says that this expression means to be in a good physical form. What do you need to be fit? Doctors explain that several things are important: (слайд2)
1) what food do you eat
2) how you take care of your body and your clothes
3) what daily habits you have
4) how often you exercise
