Описание разработки

 Цель урока:

формировать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся на основе изученных ЛЕ, речевых и грамматических структур по теме «School life».

 Задачи урока:

 1. Образовательные:

 - совершенствовать умения и навыки говорения и чтения;

 - активизировать изученные лексические единицы по теме «Школа»;

 - актуализировать грамматические навыки (Прошедшее время глагола).

 2. Развивающие:

 - развивать умения и навыки монологической устной речи: аргументировать свои утверждения с использованием сложноподчинённых предложений с союзом because;

 - развивать мышление, память, умение читать текст и отвечать на вопросы;

 3. Воспитательные:

 - учить слушать друг друга, работать в группе;

 - воспитывать интерес к английскому языку.

Оборудование урока: интерактивная доска, компьютер, карточки с глаголами, раздаточный материал.

 Ход урока:

 I. Организационный момент 2 мин.

 II. Фонетическая зарядка 3 мин.

 III. Речевая разминка 5 мин.

 IV. Активизация лексических единиц по теме «Школа» 5мин.

 V. Повторение грамматического материала 10 мин.

 VI. Физкультминутка 3 мин.

 VII. Тренировка навыков чтения и вопросно-ответной работы по тексту 10 мин.

 VIII. Итог урока 2 мин.

 I. Организационный момент

 Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls.

 Pupils: Good morning, teacher.

 Teacher: I’m glad to see you.

 Pupils: We are glad to see you too.

 Teacher: Sit down, please. Let’s begin our lesson. Answer my questions, please.

 - What date is it today?

 Pupil 1: Today is the 19th of January.

 Teacher: Fine. What season is it now?

 Pupil 2: It’s winter.

 Teacher: Right you are. What’s the weather like today?

 Pupil 3: It’s frosty, windy and cold.

 Teacher: Thank you. Andrey, do you like winter?

 Pupil 4: Yes, I do.

 Teacher: What can you do in winter?

 Pupil 4: I can play hockey, ski and skate in winter.

 Teacher: Well done! Thank you.

 Today we shall speak about school, remember the Past Simple Tense

 and get acquainted with Nikita, a schoolboy from Kalininsk.

 Teacher: And now let’s practise the English sounds and words. Look at the screen and repeat after me:

 [Λ] Subject, London, fun, discuss

 [ei ] favourite, name, same, break

 [з:] learn, first, bird, word

 [t] History, task, Scotland

 III. Речевая разминка

 Teacher: I’d like to ask you a question: Do you like to go to school or not? Why?

 Natasha, answer, please.

 Pupil 1: I like to go to school because it’s fun.

 Teacher: Fine! And you, Roma?

 Pupil 2: I like to go to school because I like to study.

 Teacher: Excellent! Danil, Do you like to go to school and why?

 Pupil 3: I like to go to school because I like to visit my friends.

 Teacher: Good. And what about you, Masha?

 Pupil 4: I don’t like to go to school because it’s difficult for me to get up early.

 Teacher: Well done. (слайд 3).

 IV. Активизация лексических единиц по теме «Школа»

 Teacher: So, most of you like to go to school. And now tell me what else do you like to do at school, I mean at the lesson and during the break? Look at the screen, choose the answer you like best and make up a sentence. (Слайд…).

 Pupil 1: We learn new words at the lesson.

 Pupil 2: We run and jump between the desks during the break.

 Pupil 3: We draw funny pictures during the break.

 Pupil 4: We ask a lot of questions at the lesson.

 Pupil 5: We talk loudly during the break.

 Pupil 6: We discuss different problems at the lesson.

 Pupil 7: We learn poems by heart at the lesson.

 Pupil 8: We read comics and play with a phone during the break.

 Pupil 9: We get good marks at the lesson.

 Pupil 10: We listen to a walkman during the break. (слайд 4).

V. Повторение грамматического материала

Teacher: And now let’s repeat the Past Simple Tense. Давайте вспомним простое прошедшее время в английском языке. Что происходит с глаголами, когда мы начинаем говорить о прошлом?

Pupil 1: Когда мы говорим о действиях, которые происходили в прошлом, мы используем вторую форму глагола.

Teacher: I want you to remember regular and irregular verbs in past simple.

На какие две большие группы делятся глаголы?

Pupil 2: На правильные и неправильные.

Teacher: Как изменяются правильные и неправильные глаголы в прошедшем времени?

Pupil 3: К правильным глаголам в прошедшем времени прибавляется -e (d).

Неправильные глаголы изменяются полностью. Их нужно запомнить.

Teacher: Какой вспомогательный глагол нам потребуется в вопросительном предложении в прошедшем времени?

Pupil 4: Нам потребуется вспомогательный глагол did. (слайд 6)

Teacher: В какой форме мы употребляется основной глагол в вопросительном предложении?

Pupil 5: В вопросительном предложении основной глагол употребляется в

1-ой форме.

Teacher: And now let’s remember the second form of the verbs. I’ll show you the first form of the verb and you’ll say the second form. Are you ready? Let’s begin.

Учитель показывает первую форму на карточке, ученики называют 2-ю форму.

Teacher: go

Pupils: went

Teacher: have

Pupils: had

Teacher: see

Pupils: saw

etc.

 Teacher: The next game is called « Find the pair». I’ll give you the cards with the first and the second forms of irregular verbs. On my command «One, two, three, start!" you should find your pairs and get up on two. Read and translate the verbs you’ll have.

По команде учителя дети должны найти себе пару и встать по два человека.

Учитель раздаёт ученикам карточки с 1-ой и 2-ой формами неправильных глаголов. По команде учителя дети должны найти себе пару и встать по два человека. Учащиеся читают и переводят свои глаголы.

Teacher: And now I’d like you to divide into three groups. I’ll give you three texts for each group. You should find and underline the irregular verbs. I’ll give you two minutes to do this task.

Все учащиеся делятся на 3 группы. Каждая группа получает небольшой текст, в котором нужно найти и подчеркнуть неправильные глаголы

The text for the first group:

 Mary got up at 7 o'clock yesterday. She washed her face and cleaned her teeth. Then she had breakfast. She took her bag and went to school.

The text for the second group:

Jane came home at 2 o'clock yesterday. She had dinner. Then she cleaned her room. She did her homework. Then she played games.

The text for the third group:

My mother came home from work at 6 o'clock yesterday. She cooked supper. Then she watched TV. She read a book. She went to bed at 10 o'clock. (слайд 7).

Teacher: Are you ready?

Pupils: Yes, we are.

Teacher: Read the verbs which you have found, please.

 Pupil from the first group: got, had, took, went.

 Teacher: That’s right! The second group, please. Who wants to read the verbs? Kristina, please.

 Pupil from the second group: came, had, did.

 Teacher: Good for you! And the third group, please!

 Pupil from the third group: came, read, went

 Teacher: Fine!

 Teacher: Children, are you tired?

 Pupils: Yes, we are!

 Teacher: It’s time to have a rest now. Stand up, please. Let’s do the exercise together!

 VII Тренировка навыков чтения и вопросно-ответной работы по тексту

 Teacher: Let’s continue our lesson. So, you go to school mostly because you like to study. But you know that very responsible pupils study even in summer. We got a letter from Nikita Molotov, a ten years old schoolboy from Kalininsk. In his letter he described his studies at a foreign summer school. Let’s read his letter aloud. Who wants to be the first? Danil will start and Sasha will continue our reading.

 Текст выведен на экран, также каждому ученику раздаётся печатный вариант текста. Два - три человека читают текст вслух, а затем отвечают на предложенные вопросы.

 Dear pen friends,

 My name is Nikita. I am 10. I traveled a lot this summer. In August I went abroad. I spent two weeks in Scotland at Summer School. It was a big new school. There were a lot of classrooms there. The classrooms were large and light. Would you like to know what we did there?

 In the morning we spent 3 hours learning English. At the lessons we read and discussed texts, learned English poems by heart, played games, asked and answered questions, learned new words and played computer games. But we didn’t speak Russian because my teacher didn’t speak Russian. We also learned about English History.

 Now I speak English much better. I made a lot of friends in Scotland.

 I hope you will write a letter to me and tell about your school.

 Teacher: Well done! How did he spend three hours in the morning at school, Nastya?

 Pupil 3: In the morning he spent 3 hours learning English. At the lessons they read and discussed texts, learned English poems by heart , played games, asked and answered questions, learned new words and played computer games.

 Teacher: Excellent! And the last question: Do you think he liked the school?

 Pupil 4: I think he liked the school very much, because he made a lot of friends in Scotland.

 Teacher: I also think he liked his summer school very much and what about you, do you like your school, what do you do at the lessons? Let’s write short letters to Nikita. It will be your home task.

VIII Итог урока

 Teacher: Open your diaries please and write down your home task: write the letter to Nikita.

 Everybody was very active today; everybody tried to share his opinion, so I think I should give only good and excellent marks. Our lesson is over, thank you, goodbye!
