Slide VIII. For questions 1-7 you should pick the most relevant answer depending on what is discussed in the text. You should prove your answers.   How long should we sleep at night? Should we have eight hours sleep every day no matter whether it’s the weekday or the weekend? Should we wake up at the same time of day if we had a bad night of sleep? Why do we need darkness in the evening to fall asleep? What temperature should be in the bedroom? Can alcohol help people to get asleep? Is caffeine also a problem? So if you haven’t asleep within 20 or so minutes should you stay in bed awake?
