Обобщающий урок по теме «Спорт»

Тип урока: урок применения знаний и умений

Методы обучения: объяснение, обсуждение, самостоятельная работа, работа с дидактическим материалом.

Цели урока:

Учебные – практиковать учащихся в активном употреблении ЛЕ по теме, расширить словарный запас по теме «Спорт»; формировать и развивать грамматические навыки чтения, аудирования и говорения.

Развивающие – развивать интерес учащихся к спорту, языковую способность учащихся, навыки систематизации полученных знаний, умение работать в паре, группе, индивидуально, развивать компетенции ОК 1 -9.

Воспитательные - формировать познавательную потребность, желание расширять кругозор; воспитывать потребности ведения здорового образа жизни и активной жизненной позиции; формировать уважительное отношения к мнению другого человека, потребность в высказывании собственного мнения, умение работать в команде.

Оснащение урока: учебник, словарь, средства ИКТ, дидактический материал, картинки.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент. Приветствие, уточнение даты, дня недели, Сообщение темы урока. Good morning, my dear friends! I am glad to see you. Take your seats and let`s begin our lesson. - How are you today? - What date is it today? - What day of the week is it today? - Is it Wednesday or Friday? - What season is it now? - It is winter, isn`t it? - Who is absent? Today we will speak about sport.

Health, kinds of sports, a team, a favourite sportsman, athletic, football, volleyball, skiing, skating, basketball, judo, ice hockey, to lose, to take part, to be interested in, to win, to be fond of, to comprise, a representative, gold, silver.

Summer and winter sports in Great Britain

The most popular outdoor winter sports are shooting, skating and tobogganing. Summer afford excellent opportunities for boating, yachting, surfing, rugby, football and other sports. All the year round many people indulge wrestling, aerobics, fitness training, weight training and track and field events. Among indoor games which one can go in for all the year round are billiards, ping-pong, bowling and draughts. So we have all grounds to say that sport is one of the things that makes people kin.
