Today we are going to learn about an old town in the US.

You have to make verbs in brackets into appropriate form of the Past simple and give each paragraph a title. Let’s start.

Mineral Park is in the US. It is a ghost town now, but it wasn’t such back in 1871.

In 1871 Mineral park was a beautiful, busy town with 700 people to live in.

There was a hotel, a saloon, a school, a post office there. There weren’t any cars there. People rode on horses. The town was wealthy and happy. Today it is a deserted town with a few ruined buildings.
