• How are you today? What date is it today?
• What day is it today?
• Who is absent today?
• What is the weather like today?

My name is Yon Yonson,

I work in Wisconsin,

I work in a lumbermill there.

The people I meet when I walk down the street,

They say, "What's your name?

And I say

"My name is Yon Yonson,

I work in Wisconsin

e.g. A hairdresser cuts and styles hair.

A baby-sitter takes cares of babies and children as told by parents.

Which job is good for you? Which job is bad for you? And explain why.

e.g. I think a secretary is good for me because it’s interesting.

I think a hairdresser is bad for me, because it’s bad-paid.

A: What would you like to do after school graduation?

B: I’d like to repair cars and other vehicles.

A: What job are you going to do?

B: I’m going to be a mechanic.

A: Why do you want this job? In my opinion, it’s difficult and tiring job.

B: I see your point. To my mind, it’s interesting and well-paid.
