6 класс

In the world of Professions.

Цель: формирование навыков и умений иноязычной речевой деятельности: аудирования, говорения (монологической речи), чтения, письма; овладение учащимися аспектами языка (произношением, лексикой).

Задачи урока:

Образовательные:

• активизация навыков и умений по совершенствованию в говорении;

• актуализация лексики по теме “Профессия”.

Развивающие:

• развитие навыков поискового чтения;

• развитие языковых и познавательных способностей детей;

• развитие коммуникативных навыков.

Воспитательные:

• воспитание интереса к английскому языку как к средству общения;

• воспитание уважительного отношения к людям любой профессии,

• воспитание толерантности,

• формирование ответственности за работу группы.

I.

Teacher: Good morning! I am very glad to see you. What date is it today? What day of the week is it today? Now my dear, lets listen to the song “Profession”. Than you should answer my questions.

“Песня”

II. 

Teacher: What is this song about? (About computers? About sport? What is this song about?)

Pupils: About professions.

Teacher: You are right. Today we are talking about different professions. I am a manager of an Agency “For you”. Our Agency is the best place where people can find any job. And who are you and what are you? (обращаясь к ученикам). This is a magic bag! Surprise! Choose, some things for you? (“Волшебный мешок”. Учитель подходит к каждому ученику , ребята достают себе из мешка какую-то вещь, связанную с профессией:)

1. Лопатка детская (a worker)

2. Кукла с соской (a nanny)

3. Медицинский шприц (a doctor)

4. Указка (a teacher)

5. Мяч (a sportsman)

6. Гармошка или любой музыкальный инструмент (a musician)

7. Краски с кисточкой (a painter)

8. Мастерок или бутафорский кирпич (a builder)

9. Колпак повара (a cook)

10. Детский самолет (a pilot)

11. Три детских игрушки–зверюшки (a zookeeper)

12. Каска спасателя (a relief worker)

Teacher: What is your name? What are you? (My name is Ann. I am a doctor. Так представляются все ученики, примерившие на себе маски различных профессий; имя можно придумать или назвать свое.)

Teacher: Well, thank you. Now we know each other.

III. “Крыша ожиданий”

Teacher: Look here. You have got colored symbols. Choose only two of them. (На партах находятся цветные кружочки, на которых написаны слова, ребята должны выбрать в группах только по 2 кружочка, на которых записаны слова, относящиеся к теме урока, т. е. о чем бы они хотели побольше узнать на уроке.)

Teacher: Are you ready?Let’s read to everybody. At the end of the lesson we’ll check your notes.

IV. “Угадай профессию”

Teacher: There are about 2 thousand professions in the world. But only one must become your profession. Who can help you to choose the profession? Agencies of course! Let’s refresh our memory. Look at the cards and answer:WHO? (смотрим на карточки и отвечаем кто это делает)

 “Примерь маску”

Teacher: Thank you! Our agency has got a lot of leaflets. You can find some information about different jobs. I need your help. Please take the leaflets and do the task. You have got 3-4 minutes. Выдаю тексты для чтения.

• Read. Find the most dangerous job. Be ready to ask 3 questions. “Буклет 1”

• Read. Find a noble job. Be ready to ask 3 questions. “Буклет 2”

• Read. Find a musical job. Be ready to ask 3 questions. “Буклет 3”

Relief workers

The world we live in can be a dangerous one. A relief worker is a dangerous job. Good relief workers risk their lives. They help people and animals in problems. Relief workers teach how to avoid dangerous situations. Many people remember Chernobyl and Focusima catastrophes and the role of the relief workers in them.

Doctors

People cannot live without doctors. They help people with health problems. A doctor is a noble man. Doctors should be very good specialists. Famous doctors work in Botkin and Sklifosovsky Hospitals in Moscow. Students study a lot to be a good doctor. It is a very interesting profession.

Musicians

People like to go to the concerts. We love music and beautiful songs. Rock and pop music is very popular too. Many people enjoy classical music. Who makes people happy? - Talented musicians, singers and composers. Rostropovich and Glinka, Madonna, Timothy and Lady Gaga are among them.

Teacher: Now you are the experts. I am giving you the list of professions. Which 5 professions are the most popular in Russia? Take the pen and put the numbers. (Выдаю карточки с профессиями отмечают на них самые популярные по их мнению.)

Teacher: Sorry, the time is up! let’s start. And the other one be ready to ask questions.(Ученик читает список , другой задает вопросы.)

Teacher: Ask questions about his/her job.

Задают вопросы, если не спрашивают, то спрашиваю я: what is your favorite job? Do you want to be a....?

An individual work: And now let us check. According to the statistics the most popular professions in Russia are:

1. Economist

2. Manager

3. Lawyer

4. Computer programmer

5. Specialist in marketing

Teacher: Thank you! You are excellent experts!

VI.  “Делай как я”.

Teacher: Will you stand up! Look at me and do the same!

- We are climbers! Pull the rope!

 We are fire fighters! Climb!

- We are scuba divers! Swim!

- We are sportsmen! Jump!

- We are pilots! Fly!

Выход в речь: “Ближайший выбор”.

Teacher: Our agency can offer you the job of a baby-sitter and a dog- keeper. Who wants to be a baby-sitter or a dog- keeper? (Высказывания по желанию обучающихся)

Teacher: I see you want to work in summer. So fill in the form for our agency. (показать образец)

Teacher: Home task. At home you will answer my questions

Questions:

1. Who flies the airplane?

2. Who dances?

3. Who helps sick people?

4. Who works in a field?

5. Who helps children to learn?

VII. Подведение итогов (рефлексия) “Оцени себя”, “Город профессий”.

Teacher: Thank you for your wonderful work. You were clever pupils. I am glad to be your manager. Have you learned more about professions? (Возвращаемся к записям-кружочкам – “Крыша ожиданий”. Обучающиеся высказываются, все ли успели разобрать, что предстоит изучить на следующем уроке.)

Teacher: Thank you for your work. Your marks for today....
