Our mood and thoughts can depend on our body
Our physical activity is often the result of our desires and goals .
The proverb which is of Greek origin insists that the mind and body should be both healthy and sound.
A healthy person can think normally and act instantly in any given situation.
A sound body means a healthy body, free from diseases and it does not bulky body. A sound mind means a mind capable of good, positive and free thinking mind.
Body and mind are connected with each other and enables man to have a contented mind and contented mind leads a man to have a body and a meaningful life.
What do you do to keep fit?
1.Start walking, jogging or cycling .
2.Exercise at home. Not everyone has the time or money to go to the gym and there is no need to .
3.Get rid of any junk food. It is one of the most important components of a fit lifestyle .
4.Eat healthy.
5.Drink a lot of water.
6.Go to the gym
Being too skinny and being too obese are dangerous
Health risks of being overweight and being too thin
If you are too thin and barely eating, your body doesn't have enough resources to function. When someone is too thin, they are probably not giving their bodies enough nutrients, so the body begins to break down.
Being overweight or obese can have a serious impact on health. Carrying extra fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease (mainly heart attack and stroke), type 2 diabetes and so on.
