Unit II “TOWNS AND ITS ARCHITECTURE”

Цели урока:

совершенствование навыков аудирования и говорения в формате ЕГЭ по теме "Architecture in our life»;

изучение шедевров мирового искусства.

Задачи:

Предметные:

обогатить и закрепить лексический запас учащихся по теме "Architecture in our life»;

развивать навыки аудирования и говорения в формате ЕГЭ, переносить лексический материал в ситуацию речевого общения;

тренировать навыки устной речи (Устная часть, задание №3-№4) в формате ЕГЭ;

расширять кругозор учащихся по изучаемой теме, развивать творческое воображение и мышление, формировать межпредметные навыки.

Unit II “TOWNS AND ITS ARCHITECTURE”

Цели урока:

совершенствование навыков аудирования и говорения в формате ЕГЭ по теме "Architecture in our life»;

изучение шедевров мирового искусства.


Задачи:

Предметные:

обогатить и закрепить лексический запас учащихся по теме "Architecture in our life»;

развивать навыки аудирования и говорения в формате ЕГЭ, переносить лексический материал в ситуацию речевого общения;

тренировать навыки устной речи (Устная часть, задание №3-№4) в формате ЕГЭ;

расширять кругозор учащихся по изучаемой теме, развивать творческое воображение и мышление, формировать межпредметные навыки.


Метапредметные:

Коммуникативные:

развивать навыки переработки информации (анализ увиденной видео информации), умение оформлять свои мысли в устной форме и понимать речь других;

формировать коммуникативные компетенции учащихся.


Регулятивные:

развивать речевые и языковые способности, память, внимание, восприятие и воображение;

развивать навыки определения целей работы;

закрепить умение оценивать результаты своей деятельности.


Познавательные:

развивать интеллектуальные способности, формировать мотивацию и готовность к коммуникации в изучении иностранного языка;

закрепить умения классифицировать, обобщать;

устанавливать смысловые соответствия при восприятии речи на слух.


Личностные:

формировать положительную мотивацию к изучению английского языка на углубленном уровне и совершенствованию своих знаний;

  1. Орг.момент. Мотивирование к учебной деятельности.

Teacher: Good afternoon, my dear! How are you? Hope you are fine today and ready to master your language skills. I watched a very interesting video film yesterday and advise you to watch it just now. After that, answer the questions in the task №1. Look through the questions and be ready to work hard.

Task 1. Listening comprehension. Answer the questions:

  1. Why is Mikael Genberg engaged/interested in the the Moonhouse project? (Mikael Genberg heard that the Swedish Space Corporation was planning to construct a satellite to be launched into orbit around the Moon).

  2. What will the Moonhouse look like? (Mikael Genberg hopes to have a little red house complete with white gables, placed right on the moon's surface)

  3. What colour will be the Moonhouse? (red)

  4. What is the Moonhouse project about? (The Moonhouse is a democratic art project, where everyone is welcome to participate).

  5. What is the potential of the Moon house? (The potential of the Moon house is create a unique symbol for what people can achieve, together).



Mikael Genberg hopes to have a little red house completed with white gables, placed right on the moon's surface. Микаэл Генберг надеется иметь маленький красный дом с белыми фронтонами, расположенными на поверхности Луны.



Is there life on Mars? Who knows, maybe, in ten years you will buy tickets to the Moon to have a rest and see the hotels - red houses completed with white gabbles? I advise you to watch the science fiction «The Martian" and maybe you will have hope.

5. «Architecture, of all the arts, is the one which acts the most slowly, but the most surely, on the soul».

You will speak for not more than 2 minutes. You have to talk continuously.

You think living in the countryside is much better than living in the city. Tell the other three reasons why. Tell the people who live in the city to move to the countryside. Tell them the countryside makes them think better.

Talk to each other and try to convince your partners that they are making a mistake.
