Look! I’ve got a lot of bags. What do you think is the theme of our lesson?
Right you are! The theme of our lesson is “Shopping”.
Warm up
Do you like to do shopping? Who do you go shopping with? What do you like to buy? What kinds of shops do you know? What can you buy at the bakery (flower shop, shoe shop, greengrocer’s, toy shop, book shop, clothes shop, sweets shop, sports shop)?
Guess what shop is it?
Children ask riddles to each other.
Game “Shopping” (group work).
Choose the shop and name the things you can buy there.
