I would recommend doing sport and healthy eating as well.

Nowadays a lot of people believe that keeping fit is necessary.
They not only do physical exercises, but eat healthy food. All in all it can be called a healthy lifestyle. This way of life is gaining popularity. I believe this happens because people realize that a healthy lifestyle helps you to be healthy. As for me, I prefer walking in the evenings with my friends to keep fit. I don’t like running, jumping or working out at the gym, so walking is the only way left. I also like
swimming. That’s why I swim a lot in the sea in summer and I swim in the pool in winter.
Teenagers in my region are fond of different activities. Some of them like playing basketball, others like football. In my conclusion I’d like to say that keeping fit is absolutely necessary, as it can help you to stay healthy and be more active.
