Beginning
| ORGANISATION MOMENT: Warm up. Do "Exercise Routine" activity. Now let’s our lesson and first of all sing our useful song. «Hello! How are you?» Talking about the weather: How is the weather today? Divide into groups: before start in our lesson look at the back of your chair and take your card. Children take cards and divided into two groups: animals and toys •T calls out one S to play the game “Can you find quickly?” Students should be able to quickly find the words in the word, animals, numbers and family words in English • Teacher shows cards: I will show you the cards and you should tell me “What is it? Middle 30 minutes
| Teacher gives task to pupils: I have the task for you. Do you know: What is it ? CAT, DOG, COW… You write the names of animals. Can you write ? Can you tell me what is it? This is a cat.
Work with book. Open your Pupils’ book on the page 98. New theme is “My favourite place!” Read words in the book: lake, river, mountain.
Play the CD 3.27. Listen, guess and point. The pupils listen, point and repeat the words: It is a lake. It is the sea. It is a mountain. We look at the book: Follow the lines and talk to your friend. What is Saule’s favourite place? Saule’s favourite place is mountain. Talgat’s favourite place is river. Serik’s favourite place is lake. Ask questions to pupils: “What is your favourite place ?” Pupils answer: My favourite place is lake/sea/river/ mountain.
Pupils will match the pictures.
Refreshing moment: “Let’s sing animal song”
We are happy here in the sea. Look. It’s the green, it’s big, a turtle. It’s a big turtle. Look. It’s yellow, it’s a small, a seahorse. It’s a small seahorse Look. It’s orange, it’s a small, a starfish. It’s a small starfish. Look. It’s grey, it’s small, it’s a… Oh, no. A crab, it’s a small, grey crab. Allow the pupils some time to complete the activity. Go around the class, providing any necessary help.
