Practical value :

• First of all, it is necessary to overcome the primitive logic that the breeding of flower beds and lawns in the city improves the environmental situation. It’s true, that a person in the city needs clean air and clean water. The oxygen level in the city should be maintained by trees. The obtained results of this project can be used as a material for the conduct of classroom hours devoted to environmental issues and the preservation of health.

Conclusion:

Green zones work only in parks and even in the countryside. As the saying goes- “in the forest the dirt is clean”. This is due to the fact that in parks and forests there is a well-established ecological system based on the soil with balanced and constant biocenosis. Nobody interferes this biocenosis with salt, sand, feet and wheels of cars. Therefore, all soil is connected by plants and root system and "does not dust", and there is no ecological system in the urban soil.

It is easier to fight with the dust whose origin has less to do with human activity – particles of soil and sand –than with the dust of industrial origin. Greening of vacant lots, yards and other urban areas is the most effective method here. "Live" platform not only strengthens the soil and prevents dusting of the city, but also absorbs and processes the dust already existing in the air.

On the basis of the received data we offer our model of protection of buildings, sidewalks and people from the city dust

Conclusion

• Based on the experience of European countries, we offer urban services to start work in the spring and summer from 5 am to wash street lights, freshen the streets and the foliage of trees and shop owners need to take care of the regular cleaning of shop windows.
• Street sides should be vegetated by planting broadleaf trees in the special individual wells, and the ground covered with sand and every spring the sand to change. Note that the sand should be below the tile level. This means that the wind will blow it out of there, and the rain will not wash away. And it won't be in the air.
• If all the streets are planted with broadleaved trees of the same height, because they are the main source of oxygen, not grass, not flowers and bushes, then everything will change for the better
