Nowadays there are lots of cars. Almost every person has a driver license and a car. We all got used to it. People don’t use public transport. Let’s imagine a world without cars.

On the one hand, it might seem that great evils widely associated with automobiles would vanish. First of all, there would be no increase in Pollution. Also, there would be no traffic jam. People would use public transport, walk or cycle. Secondly, people would save money. Because a car cost a lot and gas also costs a lot. Thirdly, there would be less car accident with deaths. It is really danger to drive a car. Some of people don’t look at the road, speak by phone or look aside. And because of these, there are lots of accidents.

On the other hand, life would become boring and joyless. Firstly, if you have a car, you can get to whatever place you want. You can get there fast. There are lots of people in the public transport and it’s so uncomfortably. But if you have a car, you can travel in comfort in a car, with a seat to yourself and the possibility of comforts such as a music system and air conditioning. The main advantage of the car is that it gives the freedom to travel when and where you want, without being limited to fixed routes and timetables. What is more, you can carry several passengers and as much luggage as you like, at no extra cost.

In my opinion, life without cars would be better. The air would be cleaner. People would have less stress. Also, we can walk to work or to the institute. It would save money and help us keep fit.

To sum up, I would like to say, that most of people who have a car, can’t imagine living without it. They are addicted to their cars.
