Aims of the lesson

• To teach and enlarge professional vocabulary
• To introduce with rules of servicing different types of handicapped passengers on an example of Smartwings airline
• To develop students’ logical thinking in order to find way how they can connect common words with the professional lexica.
• To show importance of completing the document MEDIF of airline in servicing different mobility limited passengers
• To educate students’ politeness and attentiveness in relation to people with disabilities.
