EXPO 2017 is a truly amazing event in the life of our country. International exhibition, which is a symbol of industrialization, demonstration of technical and technological achievements, a symbol of appearance of new ideas and projects will promote integration of Kazakhstan into the world economy. For a few years, our homeland conducted many events, such as the OSCE summit, the Islamic conference, the Asian games. Thus showing remarkable organizational and creative abilities, a high scientific potential. It is not surprising that now the world community has entrusted the Kazakhstan host the world Expo 2017 in Astana. The theme of the exhibition is " Energy of the Future ", which is really important and meaningful, especially for our country. Modern Kazakhstan is one of the countries with the richest reserves of fuel and energy resources. However, oil, gas, coal are exhaustive natural resources.

The energy crisis is a problem of all mankind. Have you ever wondered what will happen when people exhaust all reserves of the Land . People mastered the coal in the 19th century . Later, there were sources of oil and gas. In the 20th century it was believed that the underground riches were inexhaustible. But, it turns out that in the future proven reserves of coal, oil and gas will be exhausted. People will need to look for new sources of energy. People will be able to exist as long as enough stocks they have. For many millions of years, while the Sun shines, we can see accumulated reserves of minerals - oil, coal, peat. These stocks are mercilessly incinerated. A lot of energy is wasted. We need to take advantage of all of the methods, how to prevent pollution and exhaustion of the Earth. All over the world people are now trying to use ecological production of electricity from: solar, wind, small rivers, tides, waves, temperature difference in the depths of the ocean. For energy biomass is used as well waste. Of course, while emitting large quantities of carbon dioxide that must be reduced. The second source of powerful energy is the ocean. Currently, there are several stations operating on the energy of the tides .But people use the wind energy very little. I think scientists have been working for several years how to use this resource for the benefit of man.

Just the EXPO - 2017 exhibition will attempt to provide answers to these tasks. More than 100 countries will exhibit their achievements, people from different countries will be able to express their opinion about this issue, i.e. really feasible projects will appear that can save people from polluting and expensive sources of energy. The basis of the theme is the solution of planetary problems, such as lack of access to electricity and poverty reduction. Therefore, the world exhibition sets out specific goals:

-to explore strategies, programs and technologies aimed at the development of sustainable energy sources, improving the reliability and efficiency of energy supply;

-to encourage the use of renewable energy sources;

- to show visitors the need of their active participation in the development and implementation of the plan of energy saving production and efficient use of energy resources.

The logo of the international specialized exhibition EXPO - 2017 is the "Wind Energy". The symbol of the international exhibition was chosen with the help of at-home voting. Over 10,000 users of KazNet voted from 9 July to 23 July. Only7 options of logos were represented . The final decision was adopted on the 26^th of July at the meeting of the state commission under the leadership of Prime Minister of Serik Akhmetov.

According to the developers, logo the winner combines symbols of renewable energy of the sun, sea waves, Earth's magnetic field and the energy of wind flows. In accordance with the theme of the exhibition " Energy of the future" bright and pure colors were used.

The main building of the EXPO national pavilion of Kazakhstan will be constructed in the form of a sphere, using the most advanced technologies. Durable high-tech glass with a double layer that will isolate the building from outside temperature and sound will be applied in its construction . This pavilion will become a model project based on the use of "green technologies".

“ A good example is in that fact that the exhibition complex will simultaneously produce solar, wind energy and energy from recycling. In fact, this huge complex will be able to provide itself with electricity and with good sun and wind to convey it to the city system. It is unique, and we do it for the first time.” - said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

EXPO - 2017 is a step to great future.
