Пояснительная записка к контрольной итоговой работе по английскому языку для учащихся 8 класса

Итоговая контрольная работа составлена для обучающихся 8 класса. Цель - проверить уровень знаний по трем видам деятельности: аудированию, чтению и письму (контроль грамматики ). Блоки состоят из разноуровневых заданий , а именно базового, среднего и высокого.

Задание 1 проверяет умение понимать общее содержание звучащего текста. Основная задача – найти ключевые слова, с которыми могут ассоциироваться место действия.

Задание 2 направлено на контроль умений работы с текстом. Цель – проверка умений детально понять смысл текста, находить основную и второстепенную информацию.

Блок три оценивает то , как сформированы лексико-грамматические умения. Учащиеся должны показать знания видо-временных форм глагола, типов сложных предложений и умений перевода.

Those five weeks during the months of July and August were the happiest because Jamie was with Silver all the time. Every morning he got up with a smile on his face. "I'm going to have all day with Silver. We'll have a wonderful time!" he thought. They went to the park together and sometimes they even went by bus to the country. But that was only when Jamie and Cora began to earn money to keep Silver. Their first idea was to collect waste paper. They stopped at almost every door in every street and asked for old newspapers and magazines. After four or five hours they usually collected enough paper to earn five shillings and even more. It was not easy to carry so much paper but at that time they had no other way to get money. Days and weeks passed. Jamie was happier than ever before in his life. Silver was happy, too. He did not have to wait for the boy any longer. Jamie came every morning and was with Silver until evening. Silver stayed alone only at night. "Good night, Silver, see you tomorrow," said Jamie, before he left. After a long walk Silver usually was very tired and as soon as Jamie left the cellar he fell asleep and was dead to the world all night .

Larry had a friend who was in love with a young girl. Once his friend asked him for a favour. He explained to Larry that he wanted his girl lo believe that he was very rich and Larry, as he thought, might help him.

He told Larry he would invite the girl to a restau­rant. He asked Larry to come to the restaurant at the same time too. He also promised to invite Larry to their table and to introduce him to the girl .The girl's name was Nancy Ferguson. Larry's friend said that he would speak of things that belonged to him. Larry should interrupt him and explain to the girl how rich ML friend was.

Larry agreed to help his friend. At the appointed time he came to the restaurant and saw his friend' and Miss Ferguson having lunch. He was invited to their table and introduced lo Miss Ferguson. Larry took a seat at their table. Larry's friend began his story:

"Last Sunday I was out at my little place in the country..."

Larry interrupted him and told the girl that little place was a real estate. His friend smiled and went on: "So I was out there at my little house..." Larry interrupted him again and told the girl that it was not a little house, it was a beautiful palace.
