Конспект внеклассного мероприятия по английскому языку для учащихся 6 класса «Mothers Day» по ФГОС

Тема: «Mothers Day»

Цель: Поддержать интерес к изучению английского языка.

Задачи:

Образовательные: знакомство с одним из праздников Великобритании Днем матери; активизировать и закрепить лексику по теме; совершенствование речевых навыков.

Развивающие: развитие творческих способностей учащихся.

Воспитательные: воспитание любви и уважения к близким людям.

Форма проведения: внеклассное мероприятие.

Оснащение урока. аудиоматериал, компьютер, презентация, раздаточный материал.


Ход мероприятия

I. Организационный момент.

Приветствие учителя. Определение настроя и готовности к работе.

- Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. How are you? I hope you are fine.

Видео «Hello, how are you». (учащиеся смотрят и поют песню).


II. Основная часть.

Are you ready to start? Before we name the topic of our lesson I want you to think and do some kind of work.

  1. Подготовка учащихся к целеполаганию.

1). Answer the teacher’ questions

-Look at the blackboard. You see some pictures. What do these pictures demonstrate? (На доске картинки по теме «Holidays»).




(Ответы учащихся).


- You are right. Do you know these holidays? What are they?


2). The next task . Match the Holiday and the date it is celebrated.


Christmas

Easter

The 14th of February

New Year

In March or April

Halloween

The 1st of January

St. Valentine’s Day

The 25th of December

And what Holiday will we speak about today? Let’s guess.

-You have the sheets of papers. Read the sentences. (Учащиеся зачитывают

предложения).


Pupil 1- M is for the mercy and possesses

Pupil 2- O means that I owe her all I own.

Pupil 3 -T is for her tender sweat caresses.

Pupil 4-H is for her hands that made a home.

Pupil 5-E means everything she`s done to help me

Pupil 6-R means real and regular, you see.

(Учитель прикрепляет поочередно на доску каждую букву и слово Day)

Тема нашего урока:

Учащиеся называют тему «MOTHERS DAY».

Teacher: Yes, you are absolutely right. It is Mother’s Day – one of the most favorite and important holidays in Great Britain and The USA.

Учитель - On the fourth Sunday of November Russian people celebrate Mother’s Day.

Happy Mothers Day is a time of commemoration and celebration in honor of all kind and affectionate mothers of the World. It is a time of family gatherings, and saying "I Love You Mother".

Beauty, flowers, girl, woman, mother. These words sound so wonderful. Today we have an excellent chance to plunge into the atmosphere of love and beauty. But at first we read some facts about this holiday.


  1. Развитие навыков чтения и говорения.

1). Учащиеся получают тексы для чтения.


People in Great Britain and Russia celebrate Mother’s Day. The English do it in March. The Russians do it in November. People in the family try to make it a day off for mother. They help her any way they can; wash up, clean the rooms and cook different tasty things. People visit their mothers give them some flowers or presents. If they can’t do that, they send their mothers a “Mother’s Day Card”. Little children give their mothers presents made with their own hands.


The story of Mother’s Day began in the USA in 1908 in America. In the USA, Mother’s Day is always celebrated on the second Sunday in May. People in the family try to make it a day off for mother. They help her any way they can; wash up, clean the rooms and cook different tasty things. People visit their mothers give them some flowers or presents. If they can’t do that, they send their mothers a “Mother’s Day Card”. Little children give their mothers presents made with their own hands.


2). Учащиеся пересказывают тексты.

4. Let’s play. Look at the blackboard. Make a flower for your mothers. Choose what you can do to please your mothers on Mother’s day.

(wash dishes, clean the floor, cook dinner, buy flowers, buy a cake, set the table, make tea or coffee, give a present, sing a song, congratulate, kiss and hug, write a card, tell my mum how I love her, run, skate, ski). (Дети должны расположить на ромашке эти слова и сказать предложения, что они могут сделать). (Слова написаны на отдельных листочках).


  1. Compliments for Dear Mum

Teacher: Find the words which are compliments for your mothers

(учащиеся получают «word sheets» в которых зашифрованы слова-комплименты).

5). Совершенствование лексических навыков в говорении.

Звучит песня о маме.

Краткое монологическое высказывание учащихся о своих мамах с демонстрацией фотографий.

6). Чтение стихов.

Teacher: Now we are going to listen to poems for mothers.

Pupil 1 I love my mommy, I love my mommy

I love my mommy, Yes, I do

Here’s a kiss and a hug for you

Thank you mommy for all you do!

Happy Mother’s day Happy Mother’s day I love you!

Pupil 2 My Mom
My mom is very special,
My mom is very kind,
My mom always tells me I'm special,
She's always on my mind.

My mom watches me grow,
My mom watches me cry,
Of course she'll always know,
She'll never have to tell me goodbye.

In darkness it gives light.

A Mother's Love
There is no love, like a mother's love,

A mother's love will shine.

Teacher: Let’s finish our party with the song “ May there always be sunshine”.

(Все поют песню «Солнечный круг»)

That was the little boy’s picture.

He drew for you/ wrote for you too

Just to make clear what he drew.

  1. Рефлексия.


Украшаем вазы – красные и розовые цветы – все понравилось, настроение отличное, желтые – плохое настроение, ничего не понятно, оранжевые цветы – настроение хорошее, но были моменты, когда было непонятно).

  1. Сюрприз от мальчиков.

В конце урока мальчики дарят живой цветок всем женщинам (учителям) и девочкам и говорят комплименты.
