Внеклассное мероприятие в 4 классе по английскому языку

«Турнир знатоков английского языка»

Цель: формирование лексико-грамматических навыков, пробудить у учащихся интерес к английскому языку.

Задачи:

1) практические:

• совершенствование речевых умений и навыков.

• тренировка ранее введенных ЛЕ.

• практика учащихся в устной монологической речи, аудировании.

2) общеобразовательные:

• расширение филологического кругозора учащихся,

• расширение общего кругозора.

3) развивающие:

• развитие памяти, внимания, мышления, воображения, фонематического слуха, , креативных способностей учащихся.

4) воспитательные:

• воспитание любви к изучаемому языку,

- формирование навыков коллективной деятельности.

Оснащение: картинки, карточки с заданиями.

Ход мероприятия.

1. Организационный момент

T:  Good morning, children! I am glad to see you! We are meeting here to play games and have some competitions. Today we have an unusual lesson. It is an interesting game – lesson  “Animal’s planet”. Учитель(ведущий) пишет на доске название мероприятия.

- Today you will ask and answer  questions, solve riddles, dance, play games and sing the song!

- I want you to divide into two teams.

Well, teams, you have some time to choose your  captains. 

2. Проведение конкурсов

1.Captain’s contest (конкурс капитанов)

"An interview” (интервью)

T: Children, you must answer some questions quickly and right. You will get 1 point for every right answer.

1. What is your name?

2. When is your birthday?

3. Where do you live?

4. What is your hobby?

5. Do you care about animals?

2.“Antonyms”

Антонимы

What are the opposite meaning of the words?(назовите противоположные по значению слова)

You will get 1 point for every right answer.

3. “What is wrong?”

T: Listen to me and guess what word is odd.

You will get 1 point for every right answer.

 4.“Riddles”(Загадки)

T: First you should listen the descriptions of animals. Then  you must think whom there about. Then choose from the collection of pictures and show me as soon as you can.  You will get 1 point for every right answer.

 (Ребята должны прослушать предложения с описаниями, угадать, о ком идет речь и показать правильную картинку)

1. It is a small animal. It likes fish. (a cat)

2. It is orange. It is not big. It can run. It is very cunning. (a fox)

3. This animal lives at home or in the street. It is a man’s friend. (a dog)

4. It is green. It can swim and run. It can’t climb and jump. (a crocodile)

5. It big and strong. It’s grey. It likes to help his friends. It lives in Africa.(an elephant)

6. It’s clever. It can jump and climb. It lives in a tree. It’s very funny. (a monkey)

 За каждую отгаданную загадку команды получают 1 балл.

5.“The Words”

Поставить буквы в правильном порядке и записать слова с переводом.

Kale (lake), llih (hill), oneac (ocean), restfo(forest), noumtain (mountain), alimna(animal),  tarune (nature), esa (sea), aetrh (earth), landis (island), wnot (town),  rtee(tree).

6.“Sentences”

Команды получают карточки со словами. Необходимо составить и записать правильные предложения.

1. Usually, watch, I, TV, on Sunday.

2. Always, she, piano, plays, at home, the.

3. Often, cleans, he, teeth, in the morning, his.

4. He, read, doesn’t, to my sister, fairy-tales.

5. It’s time, to, bed, to, go.

6. He, sweets, cakes, jam, likes.

За каждое верное предложение – 1 балл.

7."The best Zoo-Keeper"

T: The next contest is "The Best Zoo-Keeper". Each team had a home task to prepare five questions about the animals to the rival team. Teams, ask questions to each other!

A right answer gives your team 1 point.

Team 1

1. Who is the biggest animal in the sea? (Whale)

2. Who is the fastest animal on the land? (Leopard)

3. What season is colder: autumn or winter ? (Winter)

4. What animal is stronger: a bear or an elephant? (Elephant)

5. What animal is more curious: a wolf or a dolphin? (Dolphin)

Team 2

1. Who is the biggest animal in the forest? (Bear)

2. Who is the cleverest animal? (Dolphin)

3. What season is warmer: spring or summer? (summer)

4. What animal is smaller: a cat or a mouse? (Mouse)

5. What animal is more cunning: a rabbit or a fox? (Fox)

3.Подведение итогов.

Подсчитываем количество баллов, определяем победителей. Награждение команд

T: All the teams were very active today. You have done a good job. Did you enjoy this unusual lesson? Was it interesting? Would you like to have such lessons else?
