Празднование Рождества

Скоро Рождество. Предлагаю разработку урока, посвященного этому празднику. Урок рассчитан на учащихся 5 классов. Мероприятие длится 40 минут. Для урока необходимо подготовить:

- песня «Jingle Bells»;

- плакат с изображением елки;

- елочные украшения «разноцветные  шары» ;

- карточки с заданиями

СЦЕНАРИЙ ПРАЗДНИКА

В самом начале звучит 1-й куплет песни «Jingle Bells».

ВЕДУЩИЙ: Good morning, dear boys and girls. Glad to see you again! We start our lesson, which is connected with a beautiful holiday in Great Britain. But first of all, I want you to listen a short poem and guess what holiday we are going to speak about. Listen to me, please!

Santa Clause стучит к нам в дверь:

“Open, open поскорей!”

Ему дети говорят: “Please, come in”

 Он очень рад.

Видит он а Christmas tree,

И гирлянды, и шары.

А на самом на верху

Видит он а star – звезду.

“Do you like it?”- “Yes, I do!

Merry Christmas to you!”

ВЕДУЩИЙ:  What holiday are we going to speak about?

PUPILS: CHRISTMAS!

ВЕДУЩИЙ: Right! We will speak and read about this holiday and have a competition. I hope you’ll enjoy our English lesson. I wish you good luck! Let’s start! So, today we have 4 teams. Please, introduce yourself!

ВЕДУЩИЙ:  You see that we have got a Christmas tree but it is not decorated. Let’s do it together. You are to do my tasks and get a ball.

What holiday is it?

What songs do British people sing on Christmas?

Who brings presents for children?

You can see it at night high in the sky…..and on the top of the Christmas tree. (star)

The most popular holiday in Great Britain is Christmas. They celebrate Christmas on the 25^th of December. There are a lot of traditions connected with Christmas. Every year the people of Norway give the city of London a present. It’s a big Christmas tree and it stands in Trafalgar square. Most families decorate their houses with a Christmas tree; buy presents for their family and friends, write Christmas cards. In England almost every family receives more than 60 Christmas cards.

Question: Where does the Christmas tree stand?
