Тема урока: Онлайн экскурсия "British sights".
Цель урока: сформировать умения подготовить и презентовать сообщения по теме, вести беседу в контексте определенной ситуации, уметь дифференцировать основную и второстепенную информацию.
Задачи:
Методическая: совершенствовать методики проведения занятия, направленного на развитие речевых и коммуникативных навыков.
Дидактическая: ознакомить обучающихся с новой лексикой, закрепить их использование в языковых упражнениях, тренировать аудированию текста по теме, научить общаться по указанной теме; развивать коммуникативные компетенции, умение работать в парах; способствовать развитию внимания, языковой догадки, памяти.
Воспитательная: воспитывать общую культуру общения, интерес к стране изучаемого языка, к изучению иностранного языка.
Оснащение урока: компьютер, видео, демонстрация экрана.
Ход урока
I. Начало урока.
1. Приветствие. Организационный момент.
Good morning. Sit down. Glad to see you again.
- What can you tell about today’s weather? A bit cold, isn’t it?
-Yes, you are right. It’s windy and cloudy weather.
-Let’s hope it changes soon. It’s time to some sun.
3. Ознакомление обучающихся с темой и целью занятия.
T: Did you guess the topic of our lesson? I think you did. Today we’ll speak about British sights. But it is necessary for me to understand what do you thing about these.
1. What places of interest do you know?
2. Would you like to visit London? Why?
4. Развитие навыков аудирования.
T: I see. We are going to travel together. But it is necessary for us to find the places that we want to visit. Now you’ll see the sights of London But before we’ll try to guess. What is it?

2. Определение темы урока.
Teacher: So, have you got any ideas about our today’s topic? That’s right. The topic of our lesson is “British sights”. We’ll travel to the wonderful world of London today and learn a lot of interesting things about it.
3. Фонетическая зарядка.
Teacher: Did you like the verse? Let’s try to recite it. First, pronounce some difficult sounds and words with these sounds (ex.2,p.17).
Fist listen to the tape recorder and repeat.
II. Основная часть урока.
Введение в иноязычную атмосферу.
It is the famous clock. It is real bell. You can hear its deep tone on the BBC. People say that it is a face of London.
P1: I think it is Big Ben.
T: You are right. Let’s see this place.
It’s the home of the British royal family in London. Outside the palace we can watch a colorful ceremony of the Changing of the Guard.
P2: I think it is Buckingham Palace.
T: You are right.
The buildings in which the British parliament sits.
P3: This is the Houses of Parliament.
T: You are right.
It is the best-known bridge. It was built in 1897. This bridge is across the Thames.
P4: It is the Tower Bridge.
T: You are right.
It is fine cathedral in central London. It was built by Sir Christopher Wren.
P5: It is St. Paul’s Cathedral.
T: You are right
It is a large gothic church. It was built in the 11th century. Almost all kings and queens have been crowned there. Many famous British people buried there.
P6: It is Westminster Abbey.
T: You are right.
5. Развитие навыков диалогической речи .Проверка домашнего задания.
T: OK you know a lot of places in London. But we can lose our way. It will be very important for you to ask some help. If you know the way you‘ll help the person to find the way. Take these cards and translate them into English. And then show you own dialogue with your partner. You have five minutes to do it.

T: I think we are ready to travel. But it is so pity. We have a problem. I have an interesting story about one of the magical places. But in this story there are some missing words. Help me please. You will put missing verbs from the box in the right form. Read, translate and answer the questions.
