To reveal the apparent advantages and disadvantages of professional figure skating.

To prove that this sport is worth doing and spending efforts on it.

My hypothesis

To prove that parents should think twice before turning ice skating into the main life goal for their children

What is figure skating?

The exact time and process by which humans first learned to skate is unknown .

History of Figure Skating

Primitive ice skates  appeared in the archaeological record from about 3000 BC.  The first skates were made from animal’s bones

Alexey had a serious hip injury.

She had stress fracture of the bone and a skeletal disease osteomalacia.

Wenjing Sui has had several major surgeries. During one training session, she fell and was temporarily blinded in one eye.

Before you start practicing figure skating professionally, it must be understood that figure skating is a sport of the highest category of difficulty and it will be too expensive.

Everyone should know that…
