Family and Friends

I don’t think it’s fair that we 1(...). We can choose friends but why can't we choose 2(...)? I am not complaining, I think my parents and other 3(...) are great people. However, I am not sure I want to spend so much time with them. I have a good relationship with my 4(...)and I see them as my friends. My parents know that I am a teenager and they know that teenagers often have 5(...). Why can’t they try and get on well with me?! I really want more independence from my parents.
