My Hometown

Данный тест ориентирован на старшеклассников школ и студентов 1-2 курса учебных заведений системы среднего профессионального образования и ССУЗов для активизации лексики по теме "Мой город". Он предназначен для преодоления обучающимися трудностей, связанных со связной речью и закрепления их умения использовать наиболее употребительные словосочетания при описании родного города.

Zlatoust I live in Zlatoust. It is my native town. Zlatoust is situated in the South Urals. Not far from our town there is the boundary between Europe and Asia. Zlatoust is in Chelyabinsk region. It stands on the river Ai. Zlatoust is old. It was founded in 1754. The 11th of September is the birthday of our town. Zlatoust is neither big nor small. The population of Zlatoust is about 170,000 people. Zlatoust is an industrial town. There are many factories and plants in our town. They produce steel, engraving, shoes, clothes, etc. I am proud of Zlatoust because it is the only town in the world that produces steel engraving.
